All orders need to be paid in full prior to shipping.

General Shipping and Tracking:
Processing Time: In most cases, your order will be processed in 1 business day, your order will be shipped within 2-3 Business days after your order is placed. Some Special Order Items from certain brands may take 5-7 business days to ship from our warehouse. Your In-stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Please feel free to inquire about item availability please contact one of our representatives through live chat or email. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. All order will arrive to you around 7-10 business days. Please note: In most cases once your order has been placed we cannot cancel the order. Due to constant changes in the marketplace, there is a small chance that the item(s) you ordered will be out of stock when your order is processed. If the item is out of stock from the manufacture, we will e-mail you that the item is on back order and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order. Back Order from manufacture usually will take approximately 2- 3 weeks to be fulfilled and shipped. Your order will be put on hold and will be shipped and charged as soon as the merchandise is back in our inventory.
Important Note: All times below are based on when your order is shipped, not when you place your order. Faster shipping is only a guarantee of delivery days AFTER the package leaves our warehouse, it is NOT a guarantee of total delivery days. Standard processing times apply for ALL orders. If you order items which are not in stock, choosing an express shipping method will not change when we are able to ship your order.
After the order leaves the warehouse, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Please allow the time before you start tracking your package. Orders placed on Kinky Sensations Lingerie store maybe be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchases, the shipping method you select during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).All Rush Order Packages come with a delivery confirmation and tracking number so you are able to track the location and the exact arriving date of your package(s). Discreet Packaging :
All orders are shipped in plain packaging and the shipping label does not mention our name or the word "lingerie." In fact, there is no clue on the outside of the box as to the contents! You can feel safe having a shipment sent to your home or work address.

Shipping & Returns
All products are shipped out 1-3 days after payment has been received.
Shipping Carrier: All orders will be shipped via FedEx, USPS or UPS for domestic and via USPS AIR Mail for international.
Cost: The cost of shipping is based on the total cost of all your products. Below is the breakdown for the costs of shipping:

$50.01 - $100.00 - $6.95
$100.01 - $150.00 - $9.95
$150.01 and up - FREE
If the shipping calculator makes a mistake we will credit your account prior to your order being shipped.

Return Policy for Apparel
If you find the need to return an item, please read the following and contact us at INFO@[email protected] for a return order instructions. You must email us prior to returning your merchandise. We will be able to handle your request or questions promptly. Your business is very important to us.
All returns must be received within 14 days of original purchase. Hosiery may be returned as long as the package is not opened. Any lingerie items that include panties, g-strings, or thongs cannot be returned due to health regulations. All clothing must be unworn and have original tags in place. We cannot accept returns smelling of smoke or perfume. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any canceled orders after it has been placed are subject to a 10 percent cancellation fee. This is to ensure our low prices we offer and to keep costs down. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. In most cases, it appears in one billing cycle. You may call your credit card holder to verify funds have been credited to your account for faster verification. Special offers may be subject to a reduction by a return, exchange or cancellation. Refused packages by the buyer returned to us are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee. This includes items returned without a emailing us first. Insufficient addresses provided that result in a return back to us are subject to re-shipping fee.
Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange, please consider placing a new order online. This will ensure faster delivery for the exchange item. Once the return exchange item(s) are received we will refund your credit card.

Refunds for returned or malfunctioned items
All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for exchange or credit. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be credited. Shipping charges will be waived on the replaced defective item after we have received and verified the condition of the product.
Returning toys
We cannot accept packages that are opened or show evident signs of use or tampering. Oils, lubricants and lotions may not be returned for any reason. In order to receive an exchange item, please send the item back to the address shown on the boxes return address label and include a letter stating what was found wrong with the item. You MUST include the Return Authorization number that we gave you. We are not responsible for shipping charges for return or exchange items sent back to our warehouse. Items returned for malfunction exchange will be shipped out at no extra charge to the customer.
NOTE IF THE ITEM YOUR RETURNING PUTS YOU OVER THE $150 FREE SHIPPING, SHIPPING FOR THE WHOLE ORDER WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND
